Lean Agency Lab is a brand of Nomadic Vines Inc., a company registered in Wyoming, USA.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing products from Lean Agency Lab ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

We sell digital automation templates and transformation kits. Products are delivered as downloadable files (Make.com scenario blueprints, documentation, templates, and supporting materials). Products are not software-as-a-service. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

3. Purchases and Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information, including:

Business name (required)
Contact information
VAT number (required for EU buyers)

You will receive a receipt and delivery email upon successful payment. Digital products are delivered immediately via download link and email.

4. Refund Policy

Pre-order deposits (e.g., Agency Kit Founding Access): fully refundable at any time before product delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All products are sold under a single-user license. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the product in your own business or on behalf of your clients. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the product files with third parties
Include product files in a product or service you sell to others
Publish the product files publicly (e.g., on GitHub, forums, or file-sharing sites)

All documentation, blueprints, templates, and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of Nomadic Vines Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomadic Vines Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for that product.
