For pre-order products (e.g., Agency Kit Founding Access): pre-order deposits are fully refundable at any time before the product is delivered. Email [email protected] to request a refund.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
